Couch fought in the Mexican War and was brevetted to 1st lieutenant for gallantry at the Battle of Buena Vista....

Very fine. Very desirable Confederate printed pass. Scarce.

Doctor R.T. Abernathy, served as a Surgeon in the 5th Alabama Cavalry, during the War Between The States.
