The following named Officers, serving in this Department, have been reported by the Commissary General, to the Paymaster General, recommending the stoppage of their pay, for non-rendition of their returns and accounts in the Commissary Department, as required by law and regulations; and the same have been reported to the Paymaster of this Department by the Paymaster General ordering their pay stopped.
