Henry C. Clark, enlisted on October 12, 1861, as Assistant Surgeon, and was commissioned into the field and staff of the 2nd New Jersey Infantry. He was discharged for promotion on February 24, 1863, and commissioned Surgeon, 3rd New Jersey Infantry. He was mustered out on June 23, 1864.
