Samuel Allen, enlisted on August 15, 1862, as a private, and was mustered into Co. B, 119th Pennsylvania Infantry. He was mustered out of service on June 19, 1865.
John F. Heritage, enlisted on August 8, 1862, as sergeant, and mustered into Co. B, 119th Pennsylvania Infantry. He was promoted to 1st lieutenant, June 21, 1864; and captain, July 24, 1864. He was wounded on September 19, 1864, at Opequan, Va. He mustered out on June 19, 1865.
James W. Blakey, enlisted on August 22, 1862, as a private and mustered into Co. B, 119th Pennsylvania Infantry. He was mustered out of service on June 19, 1865.
The 119th Pennsylvania Infantry saw action at Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Gettysburg, the Wilderness, Spotsylvania, Petersburg, and the Appomattox campaign, to name but a few places.
