Gives the charges, specifications, findings and sentence of a General Court Martial convened at Murfreesboro, and of which Lieut. Colonel Charles F. Manderson, 19th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, is President, in the case against Captain George E. Wallace, Company A, 79th Regiment Indiana Vols.
Wallace was charged with Violation of the 99th Article of War- Conduct to the Prejudice of Good Order and Military Discipline. He was found guilty and ordered to be dismissed from the service.
