Know all men by these presents that I Russell Evans have this day sold R.E. Dunlap all my wright, title & interest to land and negroes, farming utensils, stock and everything pertaining, in Prairie County, Arkansas, bought from & given to us jointly by T.P. Evans in the year 1856, whose joint bond we hold for title to land & negroes upon the payment of the purchase money, this instrument is to show that said R.E. Dunlap has purchased Russell Evans entire interest in land, negroes, stock & every kind of property belonging to said promisory including 80 acres of land...in consideration for above property is twenty one thousand five hundred dollars.
