Detailed report of the charges, specifications, findings and sentence of Colonel George T. Limberg, 108th Ohio Infantry. Colonel Limberg was charged with theft, receiving and secreting stolen goods, defrauding the government of the United States, embezzlement of public property, conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline, conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman, violation of the 23rd article of war by advising desertion, and violation of the 53rd article of war by making known the countersign to persons not entitled to it.
