Being the lowest bidder in proposals opened this day, you are authorized to furnish at the Schy'll Arsenal, one hundred thousand (100,000) uniform hats as follows: 4,873/2s, 12,923/3s, 16,123/4s, 6,233/5s and 2,062/6s; and the remaining 57,786 to be regular proportion of sizes, at two dollars and thirty nine ($2.39) cents each, this being the price mentioned in your bid. To be Army standard in every respect, and subject to inspection. Delivered at the rate of one thousand per day commencing in 15 days, with your name stamped in each hat. Your first delivery to be of first proportion of sizes mentioned in this award. Agreement & Bond will be sent for signature and execution.
