Much, much content in this 8 page document listing appropriations for the Confederate Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments. Light age toning. Very fine condition. Very interesting content.
This document was captured by the Union army in April 1865 when the Confederate capitol, at Richmond, Va. fell. This is evidenced by the red rubber stamp at the top, Rebel Archives.
