C, 33 Mo. Vols. and find there is due him from the United States the sum of Ninety Seven dollars and Fifty Three cents, being for Pay from May 1 to June 22/63 and $100.00 Bounty Per Act, July 22/61, less $25.00 in advance as appears by the account and vouchers herewith transmitted for the decision of the Second Comptroller of the Treasury thereon. To be paid to Hester R. Strong, widow of deceased or her order, by any Paymaster of the Army, in the district of the claimant's residence. E.B. [?] Second Auditor.
