Gem size tintype photograph, mounted inside 2 3/8 x 4 cdv card, with embossed window opening with stars around the borders. Bust view of young man. Imprint on the reverse, J.C. Harmon & Co., 916 Chesnut St., Phila., with 2 cents blue U.S. Internal Revenue Proprietary tax stamp. Light wear and age toning. J.C. Harmon was a known Civil War period photographer.
