8 1/2 x 5 1/2, two sided, imprinted form, filled out in ink. Vignette of train at top, and man plowing at bottom. State of Ohio. Little Miami Railroad Company. This is to Certify that Mrs. Louisa Skinner is the proprietor of Fifty Shares of Fifty dollars each of the Capital Stock of The Little Miami Rail Road Company, transferable only on the Books of the said Company on the surrender of this Certificate. Cincinnati, Dec. 2, 1868. Has an embossed seal of the railroad company at lower left, ink signatures of the Secretary and President of the company, and...
